Your career development begins the moment you join the company. All our staff undertake a four week induction programme which provides a valuable introduction to the company, your nursery or crèche, and your specific role. At the end of the initial four weeks, a personal development plan is formulated with the support of the Nursery Manager, and this then forms the basis for further training and progression within the company.
Your career and professional development is important both to you and to the company. At Asquith Nurseries we help you to progress by working closely in partnership with you. At each of our sites we have specialist training sponsors who guide you through your induction and further training. All our staff benefit from open communication channels, with monthly staff meetings, unit planning meetings, one-to-one meetings and an annual appraisal scheme.
